Tasting Notes
This delicious mineral driven wine is fresh and full-bodied but lively and vibrant. With aromas of dried apricot, green apple, and stone fruit, this wine loves so many foods and is a wonderful sushi wine.
Vineyard Notes
We have 3 acres of Grenache Blanc in our estate vineyard and follow the Lodi Rules certification for sustainable winegrowing. Our Grenache Blanc grapes were harvested from our vineyard which is located in the Mokelumne River AVA of the Lodi Appellation. Our grape clones come from the famous French Château de Beaucastel Winery in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region by way of Tablas Creek. The cool nighttime breezes from the Mokelumne River nearby give the grapes ripe, fruity flavors with excellent balance.

Winemaker Notes
All of our grapes are hand-picked and immediately pressed as whole clusters to capture the fresh, flavorful Grenache Blanc character. The grapes were harvested in the early morning to keep acidity at its highest, providing the vibrancy in the wine. The juice is then cool fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to highlight the pure fruit expressions.
Food Pairing Notes
Our Grenache Blanc pairs well with spicy Asian and Mexican foods as well as with sushi, pork and chicken dishes. At a recent winemaker dinner this was hit with steak tartare!

Acquiesce Winery is Lodi’s only dedicated white wine winery. We make premium, food-friendly, white wines and rosés from estate grown wine grapes. Our vines are lightly watered and thinned. The grapes are then handpicked and whole-cluster pressed to maintain their optimal fruit characteristics. We acquiesce to the grapes. . . and to nature.
